Help The Center Stay In The State Budget!

Include The Childhood League Center in Am. Sub. Bill 33!

The Center needs your help to make sure the state budget includes funding to support our kids. We’re hard at work speaking with representatives in our state government, but hearing from you will go a long way towards insuring that The Center receives critical funding to continue serving your families at the level we always have. We’re asking you to email the state Senator from your district by May 16, and we’re making it easy.

I am writing to urge you to include $250,000 per FY in the state operating budget (Am. Sub. Bill 33) for The Childhood League Center to provide intensive early intervention and educational services, training for providers and families serving children with developmental delays, and to support the Play and Language for Autistic Youngsters (PLAY) Project at The Childhood League Center and in underserved counties through appropriation item 200448, Educator Preparation (ODE Budget).

The Childhood League Center provides transformative training for teachers and parents working with children with developmental delays to help them better understand their children, ultimately changing the trajectory of their lives for the better. I am a strong supporter of The Childhood League Center and know this funding is truly life changing for parents, teachers, and children alike. With this funding, The Childhood League Center can continue offering superior trainings around our state to our most at need children.
